Thank you for choosing Her Notes Mobile Notary for your notary needs. To ensure efficient and reliable service, please review the following terms regarding our pricing and appointment scheduling:
- Pricing: All notarization fees are based on the official price list provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for travel, after-hours service, or specialized notarizations.
- Deposit Requirement: A $2 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service fee.
- Payment: The remaining balance is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Zelle, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment time. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
